We are closed
You can contact us by phone, email, online or in person.
Depending on your needs, calling us may not always be the best option. Patients can access many services digitally, and we may have already answered your query in our questions section.
Out of Hours
If you need non-urgent medical help when we are closed, please call the surgery on 01207 561 736 and follow the messages. You will be directed to the GP on call.
Alternately, you can visit NHS 111 or call NHS 111 (free from all landlines and mobiles).
Trained staff will ask you to explain your issue and provide a course of action. They may give advice, direct you to more information, refer you to another service, or offer an out of hours appointment at a central location.
For urgent but not life-threatening situations such as suspected broken limbs, sprains, cuts, grazes, and minor burns, scalds or head injuries, you can visit an urgent treatment centre or minor injuries unit.

You should only call 999 or visit Accident and Emergency if it is a life-threatening emergency.
If someone is having a heart attack or stroke, call 999 immediately. In these situations, every second counts. Other emergencies include loss of consciousness, acute confusion, fits that are not stopping, chest pain, breathing difficulties, severe bleeding that will not stop, severe allergic reactions or severe burns or scalds.
