Calling all women and girls – visit your local pop up to access essential health services
No appointment needed!
Essential health services are coming directly to local communities to provide women and girls access to services such as menopause support, gynaecological care, cervical screening and sexual health/contraception services as well as blood pressure and general health advice and signposting – all in one convenient place.
In partnership with organisations across Gateshead we will ensure more women and girls can access the care they need by bringing it to them in Family Hubs at the heart of the community. This initiative builds on extensive community feedback, addressing local health priorities while supporting Gateshead Health’s ambition to become a Northern Centre of Excellence for Women’s Health.
